Art Michalski, a transfer articulation counselor in the Department of Admissions, has been selected as the Staff Member of the Month for January by the Staff Recognition Committee of the Lawrence Tech Staff Senate.

“Art has been very instrumental in our work on articulation agreements and transfer guide updating for the last year. We would not have made much progress on these issues without his help and efforts to assist us in the College of Architecture and Design,” said Associate Professor Dan Faoro. “He has gone out of his way to assist us and advance our work.”

Michalski joined the Lawrence Tech staff in September 2001 and has been the transfer articulation coordinator since late 2002.  He has created nearly 70 articulation agreements and has overseen recruiting territories in eight states. He has also handled the operations at the Lansing Community College University Center since March 2012.
