The LTU Coleman Fellows community now has 11 faculty members from the College of Architecture and Design and the College of Arts and Sciences. Continuous support from Dean Glen LeRoy and Dean Hsiao-Ping Moore have contributed to making the LTU Fellows Program a leader in the Coleman Foundation. The Chicago workshop provided an opportunity for all of the schools participating in the Coleman Foundation Fellows Program to meet and learn from each other. Each month during the academic year, the Coleman Foundation hosts a telephone conference using WebEx. This monthly event is known as the “Coffee Cup” session. The 2012-13 academic year has brought a new activity to the Coleman Fellows Program. ![]() Other LTU faculty attending the Coleman Fellows Summit were (L-R) Amy Deines, Karen Evans, Holly Helterhoff, Don Reimer, Sara Lamers, Constance Bodurow, and Jody Gaber. Coy directed the Cup of Expresso (COE) training for the Fine Arts and Design group. The training consisted of identifying members and developing an action and communication plan. Sharing coordinator duties with Coy was Lisa Casper of Finlandia University. “Our group wants to create support and open discussion amongst our fellows and then publish the results to a forum and then ultimately to a website as an open resource for anyone pursuing entrepreneurship education in the realm of art and design,” Coy said.
