PJammin to raise awareness for pediatric cancer

 Scott Schneider demonstrates once again that he marches to a different drummer when it comes to fashion. Lawrence Tech Physics Associate Professor Scott Schneider celebrated Winterfest last week while raising awareness for pediatric cancer. Every year the American Childhood Cancer Organization sponsors PJammin events in conjunction with World Cancer Day on Feb. 4. Schneider drew attention to the cause with his Angry Birds pajama pants, an ice cream tie, and his LTU Winterfest hat. He also shared the experiences of his three-year-old great-nephew Xavier who is fighting cancer.
