On Sunday, Dec. 18, Lawrence Technological University’s University Housing and ARAMARK collaborated to serve Lawrence Tech students at the annual Midnight Breakfast to wish them luck on their finals.

Approximately 220 LTU students took a break from studying to participate in this LTU tradition.  Students enjoyed biscuits and gravy, bacon, hash browns, and a variety of other breakfast goodies. There were even pancakes made by Dean of Students Kevin Finn!

Students listened to great music mixed by graduating senior, Neil Ganshorn.  The music was a great soundtrack for the very intense Cereal Eating Contest!  University Housing residents Michael Paciero and Rudy Munoz won.

The students appeared to have a good time.  “This is a lot of fun,” said Vance Arnold, a South Housing resident.

“These are some awesome prizes,” ADDED North Housing RA Alicia Miller, who won the skateboard provided by Aramark.

Midnight Breakfast facilitators were Liz Artz, Kim Osantowski, and VaNessa Thompson from University Housing and Nancy Thomas from ARAMARK. University Housing and ARAMARK look forward to having a similar event at the end of the spring semester.
