Lawrence Tech hosts forum on wood and sustainability in construction

wood.panel.B“Wood: the More Sustainable Structural System” was the October topic for a Lawrence Tech Unplugged monthly seminar series sponsored by WWJ Newsradio 950. A panel of green building experts presented new techniques in the use of wood in residential and institutional construction to maximize efficiency, create impressive aesthetic design and minimize environmental impact. The panel consisted of (L-R) David Moses of Equilibrium Consulting of Toronto, and Marianne Berube and Peter Moonen of WoodWORKS. Matt Roush, editor of the Great Lakes IT Report, was the moderator.
