Service Leadership Camp offers many opportunities Service Leadership Camp, a weekend training program for Michigan college students interested in community service, service-learning and civic engagement in higher education, will be held Sept. 18-20 at Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center in Augusta, MI. The camp is organized by Michigan Campus Compact and is designed to bring together student leaders from universities throughout the state. The registration fee is $115 per person and includes meals, lodging, program materials and access to fitness centers and a swimming pool at the YMCA. The first 15 students who register will have $50 of their fee waived. The registration deadline is Sept. 4 at 4 p.m. Registration forms are available in the Office of Leadership Programs, room C205 in the Taubman Student Services Center.
